What is Gut Feelings?

An anthropology of thought.

In my investigative work, I do a lot of straightforward reporting: how the courts can use digital evidence to prosecute people who seek abortions, where certain fashion trends originate from and why they’re making a comeback, how Instagram culture is contributing to climate change, etc. But there is a grey space between seeking and knowing—which is how Gut Feelings came to be.

In looking forward at where our culture is going, I’ve also spent a lot of time exploring the past, both personal and public.
